Faradayio

To work with `faradayio-cli` I must use pytest 3.4.1 and this likely fixes the local Threading unit test issue as well.

Initial hardware release which essentially is v0.0.2 and v0.0.2a but uses the correct versioning scheme to properly use Pypi and Github releases. learning!

This pulls in version 0.0.2 changes from PR 55 and creates a release for initial testing with hardware. It slightly deviates from semantic versioning and therefore when we actually verify that data is sent in the manner intended from serial to RF using this program connected to a Faraday radio running proper [`faradayio-firmware`](https://github.com/FaradayRF/faradayio-firmware)then it should be incremented to version 0.1.0 when any necessary changes are implemented.

This pulls in 57 which allows proper installation from PyPi.
