Ffp

This release brings a number of improvements:

* re-exports of commonly used functions and classes
* reading files in fastText format
* support for the QuantizedArray chunk
* documentation at ffp.readthedocs.io and generally improved docs

Initial Release

This is an early release of ffp and most features of finalfusion embeddings are already supported.
Quantized storage and reading fastText embeddings are not yet implemented.
