All wanted features are implemented with a list of custom delimiters like head, tail, between, parse, count_lines, regex and restrict.

Move readline/read_delims to an another repo (https://github.com/FlaveFlav20/ReadUTF8) to improve visibility.

What next?
- add tests
- (Optional ) Support more encoded file
