Filebutler

Previously the focus was on files older than a certain age. This is a simple change to the option parsing to allow for filtering by recent files.

Also fixed some timezone related bugs.

Also, page info output if too long to fit in terminal window, and dropped support for Python <3.3, because of requirement to query terminal height.
