Gachapy

With this release comes a massive wave of bugfixes, code polishes, and documentation updates to bring a ready-for-production product. KeyLang syntax has now been documented in the keylang module and keylang module documentation has been added to the ReadTheDocs hosted documentation. While gachapy is nowhere near being feature complete, it is now considered a released package.

With this release comes KeyLang, a simple language that makes it easy to save and load custom banner rarity to drop rate functions.

With this release comes a revamped saving and loading system, better string representations of gachapy objects, and a number of behind-the-scenes changes and optimizations to object retrieval from the controller.

This release comes with a more efficient object finding system in the controller, as well as cleaned up documentation and functions for ReadTheDocs

This version comes with cleaned up documentation, a new ID system, and better control systems for the controller
