Added a check for a` .git` folder in the `pwd` with an option to run `git init`

HF: Added `platformdirs` to the wheel requirements

Initial release, the CLI is now stable

Changes:

- Add Windows support
- Add more confirmations
- Add support for multiple templates at once
- Add more handling options if .`gitignore` already exists

Initial test release
