Gistbin

This is the first release that supports Windows. The Windows version does not support piping by STDIN, so you have to specify files with `-f` or `--file`. This can be done for one or many files. More information can be found on the [website](https://gistbin.chand1012.dev/) or the help output: `gistbin --help`.

This is the first official and usable release of Gistbin! Installation instructions and how to use can be found [here](https://github.com/chand1012/gistbin/blob/master/README.md).

This is the first release to test PyPI integration.
