Gistsight

Improved monitoring.

This release introduces the capability to report errors, warnings,
and heartbeats to a Valkey datastore, facilitating centralized monitoring.

It is now possible to specify the maximum number of sightings to create for a single Gist.

First working prototype published on Pypi.org
