Due to some broken releases uploaded to PyPI, we are skipping 0.1.{1,2,3} and go straight to 4.
v0.1.1 was previously tagged here on GitHub but was deleted, so no one accidentally uses it.

This first minor release marks the end of my (now almost one year long) private test
phase of this. The next goal is to get more people to use & test this. In other
words: We are now leaving the Alpha and entering the Beta phase.

Most important changes since 0.0.1 are:

- Ledger pagination
- Transaction recycling, editing and deleting
- Add CLI to update prices from Yahoo Finance
- Many style and responsiveness fixes and improvements
- Various bugfixes and other improvements
