0.1.0

This first minor release marks the end of my (now almost one year long) private test
phase of this. The next goal is to get more people to use & test this. In other
words: We are now leaving the Alpha and entering the Beta phase.

Most important changes since 0.0.1 are:

- Ledger pagination
- Transaction recycling, editing and deleting
- Add CLI to update prices from Yahoo Finance
- Many style and responsiveness fixes and improvements
- Various bugfixes and other improvements
