Several fixes and improvements:

- [x] duplicate points in the `.gpx` files are now removed _before_ processing. This is critical for many devices which start writing points **without** GPS signal which causes many identical coordinates with moving timepoints.
- [x] fixing a bug in merging the files (wrong indices)
- [x] blackening files
