Graphanno

* Change requirements to be more flexible.

- `typing.Optional` annotation will not cause crash, however it still doesn't change the behavior.

* Added support for annotated properties.
* Multiple references to the same class will not cause graphene schema issue.

- Private attributes are now ignored by default.
- Created base class with field declarations for `graphanno` to help IDE's with their hints.
