This is a pre-release of "gRNA_create". This tool allows for quick and easy construction of gRNAs using a variety of changeable conditions (ie gRNA length, PAM, target sequence, etc). gRNA_create also has a genetic algorithm tool that may increase the discriminative ability of the gRNA.
