- added complete-trips option

- Fixes a bug where not all stops are loaded
- Removes shape_id from trips.txt

gtfsfilter

Filters gtfs files for specific bounds.
Currently shapes.txt is not supported

General update of package

- Includes utilities from `gtfsutils` package
- Changed and documented syntax (to be generally similar to `osmconvert`)
- Add tests, automated formatting and pre-commit checks
- Use `uv` and pyproject.toml for project configuration
