1. Added the basic environments: ``BasicPlanarRoboticsEnv``, ``BasicPlanarRoboticsSingleAgentEnv``, ``BasicPlanarRoboticsMultiAgentEnv``
2. Added the ``BenchmarkPushingEnv`` and ``BenchmarkPlanningEnv`` environments: two simple example environments
for motion planning and object manipulation.
3. Added a ``MoverImpedanceController`` that solves a position and orientation task.
