This release of the `hepdata-cli` package adds support for the legacy `yoda1` download format. It also replaces `method_whitelist` with `allowed_methods` to allow use with `urllib3` v2. Support for Python 2.7 is removed as it is no longer tested by the continuous integration.
This patch release of the `hepdata-cli` package increases the `DEFAULT_TIMEOUT` (from 55 to 295 seconds) to reflect changes in the settings of the host Kubernetes cluster. It also adds a client-side check that the size of the upload file is less than `UPLOAD_MAX_SIZE`.
