Heroicons

* Upgrade embedded icon set to version 2.1.1.
This includes the new micro icons, which are available with the new ``heroicon_micro`` tags.

(Note: the upstream also added ``data-slot="icon"`` to all icons, with no clear purpose or changelog note.
