- Latest stable release

End of beamtime release. This fixes a few issues and introduces a few improvements, including:
- calibrated settings for the beamtime
- new settings management
- added monochromator actual energy
- automatic energy calibration with ToF voltage, photon energy, sample bias offsets
- dld sector correction in settings
- included new settings for old 2017 beamtimes

Beamtime release

Contains several bugfixes and has absolute binding energy calibration

- Deprecated the old versions of the functions
- Made utilities functions accessible without loading `DldProcessor`
- Version before 2020 Nov/Dec beamtime

Software package restructured and online documentation rebuilt.
