Html-to-django

This release introduces two new formatters:
`dj-assets` to adjust reference paths
`dj-remove` to completely remove elements

This serves as a test for the build and deploy settings.

This is a valid release though, as it is completely tested with the existing formatters.

It appears everything worked and the project is now available at [pypi](https://pypi.org/project/html-to-django/)!
