Added argument support to detect_test.py. So arguements for tone detection config can be send via command line.

Bug fix for Two Tone Detection and Frequency matching.

Frequency Matching now has more accurate timestamps.

Two Tone Detection now uses length generated by frequency matching instead of trying to calculate its own

Updated hi low tone detection to be more accurate.
