Icetea

Made pyshark and pyshark-legacy (for python 2) optional dependencies checked only when they are to be used in the tests. Fixed pypi upload.

Removed hard dependency on pyshark. Also fixed pypi upload.

v2.0.0 of Icetea contains a massive reworking of a large part of the codebase of Icetea. Large changes have been done in the test runner. In other hilights we've added better support for ResultLists as a result from test case, improved closing of process type duts and reporting of retries, updated logging to add configurability and added support for another start synchronization mechanism.

Many other changes are included, full list is available in the milestone for v2.0.0

Made pyshark an optional package that is only required when the integration is used.

1.2.4 will be the actual next release in the v1.X branch. 1.2.3 is not good due to issues with pypi upload.

Second release candidate for v1.2.3. Fixing pypi upload and removing hard dependency to pyshark.
