Functionality

Now, the Pytensor operator returned by ODEIntegrator.get_op accepts pytrees as input and output. Specifying the return_shapes when creating the operator is also no longer necessary.

Add the possibility to change the distribution from which the magnitudes of changepoints are drawn, for example, to use a StudentT distribution instead of a Normal distribution.
