Fixed up as version to split to Python3. Python2 is now deprecated ioflo1 is the
version to support python2 so 1.X.X
ioflo version 2.X.X will require python 3.7+

Some refactoring
The ioflo project will have two version branches. The version 1.X.X branch
will maintain compatibility with Python 2.7.X and Python 3.5. But this will be mainly
maintenance and backport of some new features

New development and features will by in large be done in the 2.X.X version branch
which will require Python 3.6.X and will follow updates to Python without
maintaining backwards compatibility to old versions of Python. There are too
many innovative features in Python 3.6 that Ioflo wants to exploit.

Refactored to add Patron.request method that uses existing parameters to generate
