Add `print_repo_name` script to the package

Fix crashing when trying to write the new schema file.

Bump version number still testing pypi upload.

This release is a small release that (hopefully) fixes the pypi release procedure.

Initial version.

Includes basic yaml job parsing code and tests for C++, Python, Bash homeworks.
It also can handle google tests.
