Iterable

Removes data_fields from Workflow and is now used by passing in to the .trigger() method.

Alpha release with minimal functionality, including:
- Retrieving users
- Refreshing users
- Subscribing / Unsubscribing users to lists
- Getting lists
- Triggering workflows
- Tracking purchases

Updated to semantic versioning with major, minor, and patch releases.
