Add option to specify analysis metric to optimize

- Add support for vertical/horizontal merge and random split transformations.
- Replace the old JADBio API URL with a new one

Added function get_jadbio_version.

Requests to the backend are now automatically retried, to avoid certain HTTP errors (timeouts, gateway errors, etc.).

Functions get_projects, get_datasets, get_analyses and get_predictions are not limited to 100 results at a time anymore, and can return all results.
