Jamstats

In this release:

* Removed a dependency on the dead package `attrdict` that caused incompatibility with Python 3.10+
* Fixed some problems with automatic web client refreshing that probably didn't affect all users

This release fixes bug 166, a problem with empty color strings occurring in the JSON file, that *seems* to have crept in in a recent CRG version (since it was reported twice in one week). It also adds some defensive coding against other possible plotting errors.

This release fixes Issue 159 , a problem that stopped the Windows executable from working on Windows 10.

v1.4.0 adds the ability to download the JSON file representing the game state, at any time, from the web interface. That's in a link in the left sidebar, down low.

Also, I'm giving a better error message if there's a problem processing the game JSON in some way (e.g., a chart fails to build), and asking the user to download the JSON file and upload it to a new github issue.

This will give users some recourse when they encounter issues like 156 .

This release mostly represents a reorganization of code, and contains a few changes to some plots.

These enhancements all apply to the web interface. They were requested by announcers who use JamStats to help with calling games.

* Added **Jammers table**: a page with a table for each team, with a row for each jammer. Provides jams jammed, total points, jams with lead, % jams with lead and jams with lead lost
* Added **All Penalties table**: a page with a table for each team, with a row for each skater. Provides penalty count. Rows are colored by penalty count: 0-4 green, 5 yellow, 6 orange, 7 red
* Added **Pronouns to skater roster**: only available with CRG v2023, which can capture skater pronouns
