The program can now restart itself, which will improve the experience of changing settings. Emails are sent in a separate thread, in order to avoid slowing the web UI. Daylight savings time is now accounted for when reading password

This has not been published on PyPI or docker yet, as self restarting on Windows needs to be tested before publishing.

Binaries can be found below or on testPyPI for the time being.

Notifications can now be toggled (per-invite) for when an invite expires, or a user is created. Enable in settings to show notification options in the dropdown menu of invites.

Also, emails now follow the same style as the default theme, and a couple settings no longer require a restart.

Invites can be used multiple times if specified, and each invite now has a dropdown menu with creation date, remaining uses, and a list of users created with the code.

Light/Dark themes can be toggled for the admin user. Preference is stored as a cookie so only affects the device, and other users will still see the default theme chosen in settings.
