Joinpython

* Change the format of the config file. Should upgrade gracefully, but backup your config just in case.
* Old values are displayed if setup is run again.
* Move script specific features out of module, making the module leaner.
* --config option allows you to specify what config file to use.

This version is kind of old, but I never got around to publishing it on PyPI for some reason. If you installed from Github after December 2018, you likely were already on this version.

Can be installed using pip, and config file is stored in home folder

This is here to provide easy access to the version before pip installation support.
