Json-transporter

fixed a few bugs with installing on CentOS 6.5 and Ubuntu 14.04. Installations have been tested on the following:
- MacOSX 10.10.5
- CentOS 6.5
- Ubuntu 14.04

I'm only supporting Python 2.7.x at this time.

Made significant improvements since v0.1.0. Notable improvements:
- ES and S3 methods are much more useful and stable
- Fully documented class methods
- Documentation available on readthedocs.org
- Code is on PyPi and can be installed via `pip install json-transporter`
- Added Travis CI for automatic builds and deployments to PyPi upon new tag creation
- To set up custom settings, a **~/.tport** file is used

Most of the functionality described by doing `python tport.py -h` is working, but not all. Still need to flesh out some methods and add some docstrings.
