**Kaptive Web release v1.**
Kaptive Web is a user-friendly web interface for [Kaptive](https://github.com/katholt/Kaptive) - a software for the identification of bacterial surface antigen synthesis loci from whole genome sequence data.
Kaptive Web v1.0.0 represents the original version described in [this publication](https://journals.asm.org/doi/10.1128/JCM.00197-18), plus an interface update to enable compatibility with Kaptive v2.0.0 (wherein antigen type predictions are reported alongside antigen locus matches as described [here](https://www.microbiologyresearch.org/content/journal/mgen/10.1099/mgen.0.000800)).
