take precedence over information from HTML tags
- added experimental `--multi_episodes` flag, which outputs a `multi-episode.nfo` file
with all the episode details rather than one .nfo per episode
- the `--episode_pattern` option now allows specifying multiple patterns (e.g., `?x??*` and `??x??*`)
