Kopylot

Now KoPylot displays an error when the token is not set.

This version supports the argument `--version`.

Creating the basic capabilities. Now it is possible to:

- Runc a regular kubectl command
- Audit a resource
- Diagnose a failing resource
- Chat with kopylot to generate commands

In this first release kopylot is able to wrap kubectl commands.
