Leihs-ldap-authenticator

This release fixes an irrecoverable error which would show up during the
login process caused by the new internationalization support.

- Register authentication system directly

This is the first public beta release of the leihs-ldap-authenticator.
It should be fully functional, but has not been tested in production yet.
Current features include:

- Works with Leihs 6.x
- Authentication via LDAP
- Automatically creates new users in Leihs
- Automatic group assignment based on LDAP attributes
- Auto-configuration in Leihs
