Lesslines

Current modules:
+ `phys`: `piecewise`: `PiecewiseMotion`.
+ `math`: `vector`, `interpolation`, `polynomial`.
+ `data`:
- `generated`: `parametric`,
- `observed`: `simple_pendulum`, `physical_pendulum`.
+ `misc`: `info`.

Notes:
+ Modules are tested. See [documentation](https://dudung.github.io/lesslines/) or [py-nb/lesslines](https://github.com/dudung/py-nb/tree/main/src/apply/lesslines) for examples.
+ Observed data requires `processed_data` key for consistency.
+ Other modules are moved to `misc/temp` folder and currently not accessible.

+ Bug on v0.0.2, still creating v0.0.1, fails to upload to PyPI, omit to v0.03 with same content to test the workflow.
+ Rename v0.0.3 back to v0.0.2 after it works
