First version of `lhapdf_management` released from github.
Still at "beta", this versions provide most of the same functionality as the [lhapdf](https://lhapdf.hepforge.org) CLI as a python-only package that can be installed.
In addition it includes a few functions from the `lhapdf` python package which are known to be useful to other programs such as the [nnpdf](https://github.com/NNPDF/nnpdf) fitting code.
It does not provide any interpolation functionality.
