Lightcurator

This release adds these new features:
- Calibration Tools! From `ccdproc`
- Creates a directory in `light_collection` from the first timestamp of observation

This release adds the following features to lightcurator function:
- Parallel processing option
- Add directories for output
- Saves aligned frames
- Add WCS to aligned frames
- Cross matching individual frame to deepsky master frame
- Creates table and file of magnitudes for time series plot

New function query_from_wcs:
- SIMBAD query of VSX, GCVS, I/340 (UCAC5), I/345 (GAIA DR2) catalogs from wcs using CRVAL1/CRVAL2 as RA/DEC


In this release:

This is an alternative method to address the memory problems from `` paralign ``.

* This creates a new directory in the cwd
`` lightcollection ``
This is to place the files that will be created while running the next few steps after alignment.
Currently an aligned deepsky fits and png preview are being stored there.

After running `` lc.astrometry(deepskyfits) `` astrometry will also dump its files there.

Notes
Quick test from a single set of 100 out of 746 test frames had great success in creating a deepsky fits and very quick local plate solving.
