Preview release of 0.7.0 for Windows only -- This release is functionally equivalent to 0.6.0, but has been ported to Windows.
Installation:
1. Extract logcat-color-0.7.0preview-win32.[zip|7z] somewhere that is easy to remember
2. Add the `logcat-color-0.7.0preview-win32` directory to your `%PATH%`
3. Try running `logcat-color` from cmd.exe (MinGW / Console2 has also been confirmed working)
