- Added an extension mechanism to identify some pages on specific let's plays.

Links to images are now properly handled: the image is saved in the epub and the link points to the saved image.

Some LPs such as [Headshoots](https://lparchive.org/Dwarf-Fortress-Headshoots/) have a lot of these and were less interesting to read without this change.
