Lunadb

Ready for usage, currently still no unittests and proper documentation, both will come as soon as possible

Changelog:
* Added auto increment id
* Added first description
* Made table cleanup more crash safe (in exchange it needs at least Python 3.3 to run)

All basic features are available. Documentation will follow.
