Bug fixes
A bunch of updates to a couple of sources from automated testing.

- misc: finally updated `mandown --version` from 1.3.4 to 1.6.1
- mangadex (en): all genres are now properly included
- webtoons: genres are now properly filtered
- blogtruyenmoi: description and author are now correct
- manhuaes: migrated to manhuaaz.com, but both links should still work

Feature changes

- Conversions **to** MOBI files are now supported! `mandown convert mobi /path/to/file.cbz` or `mandown get --convert mobi` should work as expected for Kindle enjoyers.

Bug fixes

- Fixed a bug where editing a Mandown-created comic file then converting it again in Mandown would erase any changes to metadata

CLI changes

- New source: manhuaes.com!
- If you want to make smaller, per-chapter comic files, you can now do so with `mandown convert --split-by-chapters` or `mandown convert -b`!
- This will create one comic file per chapter with the title of the comic set to `title - chapter_title`, e.g., `comic - chapter 1.cbz`, `comic - chapter 2.cbz`.
- All other metadata (except for the cover, which is left empty) remains unchanged.
- For performance reasons, any existing comic files will not be overwritten and are treated as cached for faster updates.

API changes

- Passing `split_by_chapters=True` to `mandown.convert_progress` or `mandown.convert` will do the same thing as `mandown convert --split-by-chapters`

Bug fixes

- Fixed a bug where non-Mandown-created CBZ comics could not be converted (61)
