MangaPlus broken again due to lastChapterList only returning the last 3 chapters and if all of them are specials without a number in the name then finding the nearest number failed..
I think using file modified times and existing files alone is.. it sounded like a good idea when it was just a simple script for MangaDex but now it's making me write horrible code (and it was already bad).

Chapter number detection for MangaPlus will likely break again (or maybe is still incorrect in some cases).. they are very inconsistent in how they name them from what I can see. The current method is a bit fragile as well..
