A few small changes to the CREOFS catalog. Otherwise just to the README.

Now including package data files.

* Added missing dependency of intake
* commented out two sources, one from LOOFS and one from LSOFS. They have been shut down.

Initial release as a package of catalog files. They have been changed previously but development was in the `model_catalogs` package directly.
