Mc3

Main changes since version 2:
- The package changed name from MCcubed to mc3
- pip-installable (pip install mc3)
- added support for nested sampling (via dynesty)
- added extensive testing with pytest and travis

For the most current version, always prefer the the current master branch rather than the release tags.

Updated pre-release of MC-cubed. All of the code is in, all run tests so far seem to be working as expected.

Updates since last pre-release:
- Added license.
- Added pdf documentation.
- Added support for time-averaging and wavelet-likelihood routines.
- Fixed minor bugs.
