Catches more errors when issued with invalid parameters

No functionality addition, just providing a version number and offering a VectorIcon to MeerK40t 0.9 (should still be totally fine with the 0.8 tree though)

Fixing an issue crashing certain barcode types

This is a bugfix release needed for MeerK40t 0.9.2 and higher

code39`` will now create a code39 barcode without checksum added, while the new variant ``code39+checksum`` will add such a checksum to the code (the previous default behaviour)

The internal barcode parser failed under Linux/Darwin. This should have been fixed.

This release provides new functionalities as well as a couple of bugfixes:
- Template for WiFi QR-Codes
- Template for VCARD-QR-Codes
- In-Place editing after creation in Meerk40t (you can change the text; the code-type remains fixed)
- Support for Wordlist-Variables
