Made some changes to the README, including typo fixes and rewordings

Bugfixes include:

- Fixed filterwarnings applying to all userwarnings instead of only matplotlib ones

- Fixed odd behavior with the circles tool not releasing a circle

Includes 2 small bugfixes related to artist pickers

This version includes:

- Simplified miat tool calls by removing an extra .main

- Improved behavior for stacked markers. Instead of selecting all of them at once, only the first one is selected.

- Improved code quality

- Fixed marker spawn positions

- Updated and improved documentation

New attempt at fixing installation issues. Once this is over, I'll really need to do some cleanup

Fixed performance issues, added documentation and moved buttons to toolbar
