Fix the bug, load matlab 5.7 file will raise the 'read time' error.

Transfer result problem fixed

1. No 'annotation saved' info dialog. Instead of a '*' in the annotation path label.
2. Transfer result got two time editor, one is reset acquisition time, another is for reset the ananlysis start time.

Add new feature. SWA detection in the tool menu bar. May not so stable, and I suggest to only detect SWA in the NREM state, which you can select in the dialog, or it will take a lot of time to run the detection. Also you can check the notebook in [script](https://github.com/bian-lab/scripts/blob/master/signal_process/activities_detection/swa_detection.ipynb) for a step-by-step code.

1. 1 row or 1 column data are all avaliable, and hybrid format (some data is 1 row and others are 1 column format) is also support.
2. Start-end label got shortcut, from num1 to num9 stand for the label list's first item to ninth item.
