- Refactor the whole thing about meta db and detection of missing files
- metadata is now an "appendonly'ish csv" that is very performant and comfortable to sync between machines

- Implement soft deletion

- Add config yaml for metadata configuration and validation
- Various small fixes & improvements

- Implicit initialization via env vars
