This new version adds scripting capabilities

- Mex command like npx
- Adding run.py to save scripts


Minor changes

- Bug fix on save requirements.txt
- Adding ls command to list packages

The library just to corrupt the requirements.txt file when installing or uninstalling a module

Also updating readme

Adding logo to readme and the documentation page, also fixing a bug that was adding \X00 bites to every library on the requirements.txt
