Morph-py

This package is now fully connected, and the API is nice and pleasant (as demonstrated by `demo.py`)

Next steps are the same as they have been:
1. Flush out all of the functionality, so that this is user-testable
2. Fill out the README, so users know what to do when it comes time to do it.
3. Get someone important to Tweet about it 😅

Fiddling around to resolve the sub-module resolution issues

Setup.py` was executing a file read for a file that wasn't there.
The code wasn't safe enough.

Release to access resources remotely, partly in cloud environments.

This release demonstrates that this software can be released and downloaded, though not necessarily used for its intended purposes.
